$0.10 per sq ft under roof

Example: 1,500 sq ft home, permit fee = $150.00
1500 x.10 = 150.00
Total         $150.00

You will also need to obtain a permit for the discharge of sewer. That permit is issued by the State of Louisiana Sanitarians. They are conveniently located in the same office.
